1.0.1 (September 28, 2026)
This release fixes which membership shows against each subscription. It also adds many subscription and membership fields that were missing from the column and filter lists.
Added
- Membership profile fields as report columns and filters. They match the WooCommerce Memberships members list.
- A Renewal method column. It shows the same value as the subscription edit screen.
- New columns for billing and shipping company, trial period, suspensions, payment retry, last modified, currency, subtotal, discount, shipping total, tax total, payment gateway ID, transaction ID, parent order status and customer ID.
- New membership columns for type, plan ID, plan slug, product ID, member user ID, linked subscription, trial end, next bill and installment plan.
- New filters for billing and shipping state, manual renewal, billing period and membership type.
- A reset icon on each filter, so you can clear one filter without clearing the rest.
- An Email action in the Recent exports dialog. Before, it was only on the Exports tab.
- Loading placeholders while filter options load.
Improved
- The Reports tab now looks like WooCommerce Analytics. There is a Filters box above the table and an Active filters list under it. Search and Columns sit in the table header.
- Filtering is much faster on large stores.
- New default columns: S ID, M ID, Customer name, Email, Item, Status, Description, Start date, Next payment, Expires and Full shipping address. Description is a new column that reads “New Membership” or “Renew Membership”. Your custom and formula columns carry over.
- New default filters, in this order: Product, Coupon, Date range, Status and Payment method. Add Plan from More filter. Your custom filters carry over.
- Date range and Status filters now start on subscription data. Date range starts on Start date.
- You choose whether a filter reads subscription, membership or order data when you add or edit it.
- The row details panel now has four sections you can open and close: Overview, Subscription, Membership and Customer info. Its layout is the same for every user.
- The export dialog is now titled Export Report, and its button reads Start Export. After you start, it opens Recent exports.
- Exports can only be emailed to site users who can view the reports.
- The menu item is always named Recurring Reports. In 1.0.0 the name changed with your active plugins.
- Missing-plugin notices now show only on the Plugins screen and the report screen.
- The screens follow your WordPress admin color scheme and standard WordPress styling.
- Overview numbers, status labels and table headers now match WooCommerce Analytics.
- Date range, chart type and data source choices use toggle buttons. Half-year and quarter periods are picked from a dropdown.
- Shorter, plainer help text.
Fixed
- Membership columns on a subscription row now show the membership linked to that subscription. Before, customers with several subscriptions saw the same membership on every row.
- The Switched subscription status was missing. Statuses added by other extensions now appear too.
- The Pending membership status is now labelled Pending Cancellation, matching WooCommerce Memberships.
- Every membership profile field is now offered, not only ones a recent member filled in.
- Date range can now use Cancelled date, Payment retry, Membership cancelled and Membership paused. Member since and Expires now work on subscription rows.
- Billing and shipping country filters now work on membership rows.
- Default filters can now be edited and deleted.
- The Payment method filter no longer shows an empty list.
- Payment method and Payment gateway ID are now listed under Subscription in the column picker.
- Columns and filters for Subscriptions or Memberships are no longer lost if you deactivate that plugin for a while.
- The Last order date column no longer causes a WooCommerce warning.
- The Download button now shows its loading spinner.
- Better accessibility for the pie chart and the Summary panel.
