Docs / Using the plugin / The Reports tab
The Reports tab
Find, sort and inspect subscription and membership records in the report table.
After this page, you will be able to search, sort and page through the report table and open any record in the side drawer.
What one row is
Each row is one record. Which kind depends on the plugins you use.
Active plugins | One row is | Empty-table message |
|---|---|---|
Subscriptions only | One subscription | No subscriptions match these filters |
Memberships only | One membership | No memberships match these filters |
Both | One subscription. Membership columns show the membership tied to that subscription. | No subscriptions match these filters |
Columns and filters adapt to the active plugins. The column and filter pickers only list fields from active plugins. If you turn a plugin off for a while, its columns and filters come back when you turn it on again.
Above the table you see the number of matches, for example “120 subscriptions match these filters”. When the table is sorted, the sort column is named next to it.
Search the table
Before you start
- You can open WooCommerce → Recurring Reports. See Permissions.
Steps
- Select the Reports tab.
- Type in the search box in the table header. Its placeholder tells you what it matches, for example Search by name, email, ID or phone.
- Type at least two characters, or any number.
What you should see
The table shows records whose customer name, email, phone or ID matches. Search works together with any filters you applied.
Sort the table
- Select a column header. The table sorts by that column, largest or newest first.
- Select it again to sort the other way.
- Select it a third time to clear the sort.
The sorted column is shaded. Without a sort, the newest records come first. Some columns cannot be sorted, such as address blocks and formula columns. Their headers are not clickable.
Move between pages
Use the controls under the table:
Control | What it does |
|---|---|

Rows per page | Show 20, 50 or 100 rows. The default is 50. |
First, Previous, Next, Last | Move between pages |
Page box | Type a page number and press Enter |
Open a record
- In the table, select the ID in the S ID or M ID column. A drawer opens on the right.
- Read the record in its four sections. Overview is open. Select a section title to open or close it.
- Use the up and down arrows at the top (Previous record, Next record) to move through the rows on this page.
- Use the links at the bottom to open the record in WooCommerce.
The drawer heading shows the customer name, the record IDs and the status.

Select rows
Tick the checkbox at the start of a row to select it. The header checkbox selects every row on the page. You can then export only the selected rows. See Exports.
Selections clear when you change the page, the filters, the search or the sort.
