Whose memberships expire this quarter?
List members whose membership expiry date falls in the current quarter, optionally narrowed by how they got the membership.
You will list every member whose membership expires this quarter, and narrow it by membership type if you want.
Point Date range at the membership Expires date for this quarter, then add a Membership type filter.
Before you start
- You need access to Recurring Reports. See Permissions.
- This recipe needs WooCommerce Memberships.
- What a row is depends on your store. With Subscriptions active, each row is a subscription and the filter matches its linked membership. On a Memberships-only store, each row is a membership.
- Membership dates have no quick presets. You pick the first and last day of the quarter yourself.
Steps
- Go to WooCommerce → Recurring Reports and open the Reports tab.
- Open the Filters picker and expand Date range.
- Under Date source, choose Membership.
- In Date field, choose Expires.
- Set Start date to the first day of this quarter and End date to the last day.
- Select More filter. In Add filter field, choose the Membership source and select Membership type. Select Add filter.
- Expand Membership type and tick the types you want: Free sign-up, Purchased, Subscription or Manually assigned.
- Select Apply filters.
- Expires is a default column. Select its header to sort by the soonest expiry.
- Optional: open Columns, select Add column, and add Plan and Member since from the Membership source.
Variations
- Next 30 days instead. Set Start date to today and End date to 30 days from today.
- Only memberships that are still active. Expand Status, set Status source to Membership, and tick Active. Tick Complimentary too if you give free memberships.
- Trials ending this quarter. With both plugins active, set Date field to Membership trial end instead of Expires.
Export it
Select Export CSV to build a renewal-reminder list. See Exports.
