Who signed up with a specific coupon?
List the subscriptions that used a particular coupon and export them.
You will list every subscription that used a coupon you choose, then export the list.
Pick the coupon in the Coupon filter, add the Coupon code column, and export.
Before you start
- You need access to Recurring Reports. See Permissions.
- This recipe needs WooCommerce Subscriptions.
- The coupon must be published. The filter lists published coupons only.
What the filter matches
The Coupon filter matches a subscription when the coupon is on the subscription itself. It also matches when the coupon is on an order that created or renewed it. So a subscription can match because a renewal order used the coupon.
The Coupon code column shows only the coupons stored on the subscription itself. A row can match the filter and still show an empty Coupon code cell. The row drawer shows No coupon in that case.
Steps
- Go to WooCommerce → Recurring Reports and open the Reports tab.
- Open the Filters picker and expand Coupon. It is one of the default filters.
- Type part of the coupon code to search, then select the coupon.
- Select Apply filters.
- In the table header, open Columns and select Add column.
- Choose the Order source, select Coupon code, then select Add column.
- Read Matching rows and Total value in the Summary of these filters panel.
Variations
- Sign-ups in one month only. Also set Date range to Date source Subscription, Date field Start date, with that month’s dates.
- Compare two coupons. Select both coupons in the Coupon filter. Where the coupon is stored on the subscription, the Coupon code column shows which is which.
- Only customers still subscribed. Expand Status, set Status source to Subscription, and tick Active.
Export it
Select Export CSV to download the list. See Exports.
